Colonel (Retired) Dick Findlay has been associated with the National Guard for over 35 years, serving 22 of his 32 years of service on active duty at both the State and Federal levels.  Dick provides the Conaway Group team outstanding expertise in strategic business development planning; government relations; and delivery of information technology services. 

Dick's final active duty assignment as Army National Guard Chief of Information Management (G6) provides him extensive experience in the collaboration and advancement of National Guard information technology programs and initiatives to the senior leaders of the National Guard Bureau, the Department of the Army and the Department of Defense.  In his capacity as the G6, he managed and supervised the development and implementation of information management policies, programs, and processes supporting the States/Territories across 15 time zones at over 3300 locations. 

Dick's experience prior to full time National Guard service was in college/university administration.  He holds a baccalaureate degree in Education, and a graduate degree in Personnel Administration.
